We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Processing
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to change the address once the order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Lazuliah pieces. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn
- Items must be unwashed
- Tags must remain attached
- Items must be in original condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process

3- Wait for return instructions
4- Send the item back using a tracked service
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
